Courses are tailored to meet your company’s needs- day, evening or weekends. Trainers for Northeast Wellness travel throughout the Capital Region including Albany, Rensselaer, Schenectady and Saratoga Counties and also conduct trainings at other locations throughout New York State on request.
CPR & First Aid Training
The American Heart Association courses include a variety of CPR courses offered for lay rescuers training and as well as BLS for advanced level providers. American Heart Association CPR courses provide a course completion card that is valid for two years.
Also offered are First aAid classes for those who want to learn how to care for common emergencies. This course includes skills such as bleeding control, applying slings and action plans for those experiencing sudden illness. These courses provide certification, which is valid for two years. First Aid may also be combined with Adult CPR.
Worksite & Personal Wellness Courses
Worksites are increasingly offering courses and programs to their employees to encourage and promote healthy lifestyles. Worksites have a powerful influence on behavior, and wellness programs conducted at the worksite can assist employees in adopting a healthier lifestyle. Companies who have offered worksite wellness have seen increases in productivity and decreases in illnesses and turnover rates. A variety of health seminars are available from Northeast Wellness Consulting at an affordable price.
Worksite Development Courses
Northeast Wellness provides a comprehensive offering of courses that can help improve morale, motivation and productivity for your worksite. Courses include time management, customer service training, communication skills and motivating employees. Worksite development courses can be customized to meet the needs of your worksite.
